Great products, just a tiny shipping note

Has anyone else found Vuvatech to be super reliable? I ordered their Magnetic Vaginal Dilator Set, and it arrived really quickly, like 3 days after ordering. The packaging was completely discreet, which I appreciated. The product itself feels high quality and came with clear instructions. I also grabbed their Vaginal Moisturizer, which has been great. My only minor comment is that I wish their discount code box was a bit more prominent earlier in the checkout, rather than right at the very end when you're about to pay. Otherwise, a solid experience and I'd recommend them over some other brands I've tried, like SoulSource.

Good product, minor shipping issue

I purchased the Magnetic Vaginal Dilator Set a few weeks ago, and overall, I'm quite satisfied. The quality of the dilators themselves seems very good, and they arrived discreetly packaged, which I appreciated. I've noticed some improvement with my pelvic pain since I started using them as directed. My only slight complaint was with the shipping. While it was free, the tracking information wasn't updated very consistently, so I wasn't entirely sure when to expect the package until it was almost at my door. Customer service was helpful when I inquired, but it would be nice to have more accurate tracking from the start. Still, the value for the money feels fair given the quality of the set.

So happy with my purchase!

I just received my Vaginismus Treatment Set, and I am so happy! It arrived earlier than I expected, and everything was packaged beautifully and discreetly. The instructions are clear, and the dilators feel very comfortable and well-made. I already feel hopeful about my progress. I can't wait to continue using these products. I will absolutely be shopping here again for any future needs, and I've already told my therapist how great Vuvatech is!

Great value on the bundle

I was looking for a solution for my pelvic floor issues and found Vuvatech. I ended up getting the Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy Kit during a holiday sale. The discount made it a really attractive price, especially with the free shipping over $50. I felt like I got a lot of items for what I paid, which was important to me since these types of products can be pricey. It felt like a good investment, and I saved a good chunk compared to buying everything separately. Definitely worth it for a first-time buyer like me.

quick question for anyone who's ordered before, how's the shipping? is it really discreet? like, no giant 'PELVIC DILATORS' written on the box lol

A Alex Doyle 2 months ago
Super discreet. Just a plain brown box, you wouldn't know what's inside unless you already knew. No branding on the outside.

Can confirm, mine just looked like any other package. My nosy neighbor had no clue haha.

My physical therapist gave me a code for Vuvatech. Does anyone know if those referral codes give a better discount than, say, a first-time buyer code?

M Megan D. 2 months ago
I got a code from my PT and it was 15% off, which is pretty solid. I think the first-time buyer one is usually around 10%.

It can vary, but often the PT ones are a bit higher, especially if it's for a full set. Always worth trying the PT one first, can't hurt!

Thinking of getting the magnetic set but it's a bit pricey. Any chance of stacking discount codes? Or is it just one per order?

J June Kim 2 months ago
Nah, pretty sure it's just one code. I tried to use a newsletter one with a referral code and it only let me pick one.

N Nick 2 months ago
Yeah, unfortunately, it's only one. Most sites are like that these days. You usually get a better deal with the therapy sets though, they're already discounted.

Hey has anyone used an FSA or HSA card for Vuvatech products? Wondering if they actually go through or if it's hit or miss.

I Ivy Foster 2 months ago
Yeah, I used my FSA for a set a few months ago, no problem at all. Went through just like a regular credit card.

Mine worked too. I think because they're medical devices, it's usually fine. Didn't even have to do anything special.

What's the difference between the magnetic and polycarbonate ones? Is the magnetic therapy thing actually worth the extra cost or is it just a gimmick?

D Dana N. 2 months ago
I have the magnetic ones and honestly, I do feel like they help more with muscle relaxation. My PT recommended them specifically for pelvic pain, said the magnets can increase blood flow or something.

My friend got the polycarb set and loves them, but I went for magnetic after reading reviews. I think it depends on what you're using them for. If it's just gentle stretching, maybe polycarb is fine, but for pain, magnetic might be better. It's a personal thing.
